Patmos Center is a state-of-the-art multi-use AI Campus redeveloped from the former Kansas City Star building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to its AI data halls, the building will host nearly 150,000 square feet of space for a multi-tenant technology hub, co-working, and event space.

Loan Usage

The $100 C-PACE loan will fund energy0efficient infrastructure improvements as the campus expands, and also funded major components in the renovation, as many building conversion costs are PACE-eligible.
