Property Description

Reset Hotel is an independent, luxury, 65 room hotel located near the entrance of Joshua Tree National Par. The property includes an outdoor swimming pool, convenience store, lounge area, and ADA-accessible rooms. The project is expected to open in Spring 2025.

C-PACE Improvements

The C-PACE loan finances energy efficiency and seismic resiliency measures, such as plumbing and HVAC upgrades, LED lighting, building envelope, and seismic retrofits. These improvements are expected to have a useful life of 45.6 years.
