International Market Square

Property Description

Located in Minneapolis’ urban core, International Market Square is made up of five interconnecting buildings surrounding a central atrium. The building, currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is home to more than 100 design showrooms and galleries. Today, corporate and social gatherings are hosted in multiple event spaces.

C-PACE Improvements

More than $3 million in C-PACE financing helped upgrade the IMS building. Energy audits determined that the Energy Conversation Measures implemented have a savings-to-investment ratio of 1.17x with an approximate 17 year payback period.
