Property Description

Windsor West is a 90-unit apartment complex located 4.5 miles from downtown Gretna and 20 miles from Omaha. The C-PACE program finances upgrades to the property, including high-efficiency HVAC and LED lights. The project is expected to be completed by June 2025. 

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $21.2M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that are expected to save $86,525 annually.
