The expansion includes adding cottages, solar PV, and a wastewater treatment system to treat the waste produced by the cottages and avoid expensive waste storage and hauling. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024. 

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was utilized to finance a new waster water treatment and reuse system, eletrical work, insulation, and a 76.8 kW solar PV system, which are expected to save $1.1M annually throughout the 4 year payback period.
