Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan will retroactively pay down the construction debt on the property in order to provide long-term, permanent financing. The proceeds refinance energy conservation measures, including building envelope, LED interior lighting, high-efficiency natural gas pool heaters, and the HVAC system.
