Forest Lake Senior Living is a 32-bed facility dedicated to providing high-quality care for both assisted living and memory care. The PACE loan will be used to finance conservation measures, including high-efficiency HVAC and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed by August 2023. 

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $10.7M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that are expected to save $142,890 annually in the payback period of 17.5 years.
