Loan Usage

The garage is a first-of-its-kind underground parking facility with EV charging capabilities at each palette and will be fully automated. C-PACE financing enabled key improvements for the project, including the electrical vehicle charging system and related infrastructure, plumbing, and mechanical systems, serving as the final piece of a complicated capital stack.
