The community will be professionally managed by Calson Management, a trusted operator with a growing portfolio of 15 senior living estates across California. The property is slated to open in fall 2027.

Loan Usage

Funding will be allocated for a variety of C-PACE improvements, including energy-efficient upgrades to lighting, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and domestic hot water systems, as well as enhanced roof and wall insulation, window replacements, and elevator modernization. The scope also includes structural and seismic resiliency measures to strengthen the property's long-term durability and safety.
