Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan is part of the $77 million capital stack, which includes a first mortgage from LCP. C-PACE covers components of the gut rehab of the historic property, including domestic hot water heaters, LED lighting, and high efficiency improvements, including HVAC systems, conveying equipment, ENERGY STAR windows, commercial kitchen equipment, a solarium glazing system, pool and spa heating equipment, and water treatment pumps.
