Azura Verona is an 80-unit assisted living and memory care facility. Built in 2024, the facility reached 100 percent occupancy shortly after opening. Situated on 7.4 acres near both Madison and Milwaukee, WI, Azura Verona provides care for seniors who need assistance with daily activities.

Loan Usage

PLG provided an $8.3 million C-PACE loan to retroactively refinance the assisted living and memory care facility, structured with a 30-year term. National Bank of Commerce (NBC) will take out the existing mortgage lender at close, providing a $24.75 million mortgage, with NBC and PLG closing concurrently. Eligible C-PACE expenses included building envelope improvements, ENERGY STAR windows, high-efficiency HVAC, DHW, and water fixtures, LED lighting, and high-rise building mechanical systems. All eligible upgrades have already been completed.
