Property Description

ASQ Center is a newly renovated Class-A office building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Veolia and Enerpac are both headquartered in the historic property, which won the ULI Award for Excellence after its 2001 renovation in recognition of the project's transformation and key role in supporting downtown Milwaukee's renaissance.

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's $32M capital stack, and was used to pay for energy efficiency measures tied to tenant improvement buildouts for Veolia and Enerpac. The C-PACE proceeds were used retroactively, which allowed the owner Hempel Real Estate to move forward on improving the spaces for their tenants.
