C-PACE Improvements

Built in 1963, the Property underwent a gut redevelopment transforming the Property from a formerly vacant 540,000 SF department store to a state-of-the-art mixed-use facility located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul. The PACE loan funded energy-efficient improvements associated with the gut renovation including HVAC, lighting, insulation, roofing, and windows.
