C-PACE expert Robbie Pinkas Joins PACE Loan Group in New York City

Minneapolis, Minnesota (March 12, 2024) – Robbie Pinkas, a C-PACE industry leader, joins PACE Loan Group today as Senior Vice President/Originator. He comes from North Bridge, a New York City-based PACE lender, where he spent three years directing transaction execution and program authority relationships.

PLG plans to open a NYC office this spring, where Pinkas will be joined by two more team members focused on originations. NYC currently allows C-PACE for renovations, with an up to 30-year payback and three-year look-back for construction costs.

Prior to his role at North Bridge, Pinkas worked for The Collective, a start-up based in London that developed co-living communities; Douglaston Development, where he managed multifamily projects; Google, where he was on the sales strategy and operations team; and Gryphon Investors, where he worked as a private equity associate. Pinkas holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Harvard University.
