Our company's culture can be described as: Happy warriors!

One company culture goal for the year ahead: We want people to continue to bring their authentic selves to work: taking work seriously, but not taking themselves seriously. We want to continue to develop bonds between staff in the Minneapolis office, as well as across our nationwide offices.

Two things our company is doing to attract and/or retain talent: In terms of attraction, we use social media to show ourselves as real people, existing outside of cubes and offices. In terms of retention, we work to ensure that employees have the training they need to give them a clear path for growth into the roles they aspire toward. We also look at our team through a human lens, being flexible with everyone's life circumstances when appropriate.

Of our employees who were not working remotely prior to March 2020, we are currently in the office: Three to four days per week
