#3 Direct Midwest Lender | PACE Loan Group on REjournals Best of the Best Directory

We’re honored to announce that PACE Loan Group placed number three on the Direct Lenders list in the 2025 REjournals Midwest Best of the Best directory! This is the second year we've appeared on the list, one rank higher than our 2024 listing.

Last year, we closed both the biggest Missouri C-PACE deal and the first New Jersey C-PACE deal, added four new originations, and closed across 11 states, showing our company's growth alongside the growth of the C-PACE industry at large. According to PACENation, since program inception in the early 2000s, over 350k PACE projects have been financed, with over $18B invested.
