What did you decide to go into finance/real estate:

A former boss thought I'd be a good C-PACE originator.

 

What drew you to C-PACE to PLG?

I was drawn to C-PACE kind of by accident when it first launched in California in 2013... out of utility/sustainability/renewable energy background. I met folks from PLG over the years at conferences and was always struck by how real and likable they were.

 

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

To be an anthropologist like Indiana Jones. I majored in Anthro at SDSU and quickly learned it was not for me! Morphed into a focus on eco-tourism development/triple bottom line economics.

 

What's your favorite place to travel?

North Shore, Oahu

 

What's your favorite outdoor activity?

Swimming, camping, taking my beloved golden to the beach ... basically just being outside is a win almost no matter what.
