Savannah Shields

Savannah Shields joined PLG in 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the COO. She brings thoughtful experience in real estate operations, supporting project and property development across market-rate and housing sectors, with a background spanning both private and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes executive support, regional administration, operations coordination, project coordination, and marketing across multi-state portfolios. Savannah studied Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Arizona and values communication, collaboration, and creating clarity in dynamic environments.
