Natalie Viola

Natalie Viola joined PACE Loan Group in 2026 as Senior Vice President, Originations, where she focuses on originating Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing.

Previously, she served as Director of Debt Capital Markets at CBRE Investment Management, where she was responsible for financing and hedging strategy across the firm’s then ~ $47B AUM Americas platform. During her tenure at the firm, she executed over $2.1B in financing activity. She previously spent several years at Mosaic Real Estate Investors as Vice President, with responsibilities spanning originations and asset management with a focus on the firm’s preferred equity investment product. Natalie also held roles at Calmwater Capital, Nomura, and FTI Consulting.

Natalie holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, currently serving on the Los Angeles District Capital Markets Council and Hospitality, Entertainment Development Council, and Housing Council while also chairing the GROW mid-career mentoring program under the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
