Shray Patel joined PLG in 2024 as an analyst. He is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and managing the Chicago office C-PACE pipeline. Prior to PLG, he interned at a real estate investment firm focused on development across all asset sectors where he had an analytical and quantitative position. 

Shray received his Bachelor of Science in Business in Finance from DePaul University.
