Ricardo Gonzalez De Pinera joined PLG in 2026 as a Construction Draw Specialist. He brings more than 22 years of experience in the banking industry, including 16 years specializing in construction loan administration.

Prior to joining PLG, Ricardo held several roles at Amerant Bank, most notably serving in his longest and most recent position as a Construction Loan Specialist, where he developed extensive expertise in managing construction loan processes and draw administration.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the Technological University of Havana.
