Lainey Ballinger joined PLG full-time in 2025 as a Data Analyst where she supports the execution of marketing campaigns and optimizes the CRM system. Prior to joining full-time, she worked as a marketing and sales intern at PLG.

Lainey received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Data Analytics from the University of Minnesota.
