Ken Sacco

Ken Sacco joined PLG in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the firm’s finance, accounting, treasury, and capital markets functions.
Ken brings more than 25 years of corporate finance, capital markets, and commercial real estate experience to PLG. He began his career in the real estate advisory practices of Ernst & Young and KPMG before becoming an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in New York and London. He later served as a Managing Director at CBRE and JLL, where he led financial advisory practices. Most recently, he held senior corporate finance and treasury roles at Netflix and Life Time.
Over the course of his career, Ken has advised on more than $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across a wide range of property types in the U.S. and internationally. In capital markets, he has executed over $30 billion of debt and $5 billion of equity raises.
Ken earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with majors in finance, strategy, and real estate, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University with majors in accountancy and management information systems. He holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global. Ken served in the United States Marine Corps as a noncommissioned officer in an infantry weapons company.
