Katy Crocker

Katy Crocker joined PLG in 2026 as Managing Director of Legal, bringing with her a distinguished track record of facilitating over $1 billion in transactions across the commercial real estate finance space. Prior to joining PLG, Katy served as VP of Legal and SVP of Legal & Transactions at Petros, where she led the closing of more than 40 C-PACE transactions since 2020. Earlier in her career she worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse, where she underwrote, managed, and closed CMBS loans.
Katy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego with a Minor in Spanish, and a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.
