Julie joined PLG in 2025 as Vice President of Loan Servicing. She brings over 25 years of financial industry experience, and has spent 10 years in the residential mortgage industry as a loan processor, originator and wholesale lender.  Julie spent seven years working with banks and credit unions to analyze their profitability and determine product mix marketing initiatives. 

With experience appraising commercial real estate, analyzing commercial property cash flows, and a background in market analysis, Julie has honed her knowledge and expertise in understanding commercial real estate trends and identifying new real estate opportunities.

Most recently Julie was credit manager at Inland Green Capital, where she underwrote and serviced C-PACE loans as well as contributed her expertise to the IECA, the Illinois C-PACE Program Administrator.  Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Benediction University.
