Felix joined PLG in 2024 as an analyst in our New York City office. He is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and managing the NYC office C-PACE pipeline. Before joining PLG, Felix held various positions within CRE, including acquisitions and asset management at Omnispective Management Corp and Time Equities, as well as CMBS lending at LMF Commercial, a subsidiary of Lennar.

Felix received his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance and Data Science from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
