Eric Barth joined PACE Loan Group in 2026 as Vice President of Underwriting, bringing over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining PLG, Eric served as Bank President at Frandsen Bank & Trust, where he was responsible for overall financial performance, with a focus on commercial real estate and C&I lending. Earlier in his career, he held roles as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender at both Frandsen Bank & Trust and Wells Fargo Bank, where he specialized in credit analysis, risk mitigation, loan structuring, and portfolio management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Plant Systems from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
