Eizaan joined PLG in 2024 as a Vice President of Capital Markets in the firm’s New York office. He brings eight years of commercial real estate experience to the role, including two years of experience in C-PACE.

At PLG, Eizaan is responsible for managing securitizations, warehouse facilities, and investor relations. Prior to joining PLG, Eizaan worked at Morningstar DBRS, a credit rating agency, where he handled underwriting and modeling of CMBS transactions including conduit, single-asset/single borrower (SASB), CRE CLO, and C-PACE.

Eizaan is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
