Dexter Olson

Dexter Olson joined PLG in 2026 as a Senior Accountant. He is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Dexter began his career at RSM, where he earned his CPA license, before joining the LIHTC Accounting group at Aegon Asset Management. Most recently, he worked in the Corporate Cash and Nuclear Accounting groups at Constellation Energy. Dexter graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting.
