Ariel Ritchie

Ariel Ritchie joined PLG in 2026 as Senior Vice President of Underwriting, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate credit, underwriting, and structured finance. Prior to joining PLG, she held credit underwriting roles at Comerica Bank, Mutual of Omaha Bank, and Fannie Mae before joining Petros PACE Finance, where she advanced from Assistant Vice President of Underwriting to Senior Vice President of Credit and Underwriting. In that role, she led a team of five underwriters and was responsible for structuring and executing complex C-PACE financings across a diverse range of commercial real estate asset classes while balancing the interests of borrowers, investors, and other stakeholders to successfully close transactions.

Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
