The Washington is a four-story, three building luxury apartment complex comprising of 200 units. The PACE loan will include building ENERGY STAR windows, high-efficiency HVAC, and LED lighting. Construction is expected to be completed by September 2025. 

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $41.2M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that are expected to save $367,265 annually in the payback period of 21.8 years.
