Loan Usage
The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $2.67M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that are expected to refresh the aging property and generate considerable utility cost savings as well as an anticipated $250k reduction in maintenance costs.
