Property Description
Hyatt House hotel and attached medical rehab annex is in West Chester, OH, 22 miles north of Cincinnati. The PACE proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and finance energy conservation of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, and LED lighting. They are scheduled to open by early Q4 of 2024.
Loan Usage
The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $38.2M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that are expected to save $31,260 annually.
