LaSaller Plaza is a 30-story, Class A office building in downtown Minneapolis. The C-PACE program finances upgrades to the property, including HVAC and elevators, as it repositions the building. It spans over 620,000 square feet, with 60,000 square feet of retail space and a current occupancy rate of 68.9%. 

Loan Usage

The C-PACE loan was a part of the project's total expected cost of $49.5M, and was utilized to cover energy efficiency and renewable energy measures.
