Property Description

Gateway Studios is a state-of-the-art production studio comprised of five sound stages and is the largest facility of its kind in the nation. Production services, rehearsals for arena tours, film sets, and special events can be supported in the complex, which is situated on 32-acres in St. Louis County, Missouri. In addition to the sound stages, the property includes a three-story office wing for Gateway Studios executives and staff.

C-PACE Improvements

For Gateway Studios, the $35M PACE loan came in to substitute traditional construction financing, which would have been expensive due to the unique nature of the asset. The financed energy efficiency improvements are expected to save $48.7 million over the life of the loan.
