At last night’s REjournals Award Ceremony, the Real People of PACE Loan Group were highlighted as CEO Rafi Golberstein and Managing Director – Underwriting Angela Ledding received three awards for their accomplishments and leadership in commercial real estate. Both are central to PLG’s mission of promoting C-PACE education nationwide and creating a healthy, productive work environment that supports the happy warriors of our company.

Rafi was honored with both the Executive of the Year and People’s Choice Award. He has been a leader in the C-PACE industry nationwide, founding PLG in 2017 as one of the few direct C-PACE lenders in the US. He focuses on educating and collaborating with CRE mortgage brokers, developers, and property owners to share how C-PACE can help blend down the cost of capital. In addition to his leadership in the Twin Cities, he’s active with PACENation, C-PACE Alliance, and NAIOP.

Angela was recognized as Woman of the Year, Professional Service Provider. She is a leading voice and expert in underwriting for C-PACE but also banking after 30 years working to underwrite and evaluate lending opportunities. She’s a key leader in the C-PACE industry, helping to educate and train new employees.

She also helps ensure that we remain a leading lender for the creative financing tool by collaborating with originators and borrowers.
