Kathy Boop joined PLG in 2025 as VP of Originations, where she brings over three decades of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate sector, encompassing retail, office, and industrial property management, leasing, brokerage, and construction. She commenced her career in 1987 with Grubb & Ellis, where she acquired expertise in retail management and leasing. Subsequently, Kathy transitioned into office management, followed by industrial management, and project management for construction and finish out for enterprises including Corporate USA, Centre Development, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE.

She built lasting relationships with major property owners, developers, and industry leaders during her time at several companies. Currently she sits on the Board of Directors of CCIM and NTCAR and is the CCIM Golf Tournament Chair.

After 21 years of developing her skills and connections, Kathy shifted her focus to business development to explore new banking opportunities. She joined AccessBank Texas/Texas Regional Bank, leveraging her experience and relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
