Samantha Kuhns joined PLG in 2024 and works as an Associate of Underwriting, where she is responsible for loan underwriting and assisting with loan sizing. Prior to joining PLG, Sam interned at Northmarq Capital, which is what sparked her interest in commercial real estate. Sam received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a BS Real Estate studies from The University of St. Thomas.
