Kim Bebchuk joined PLG in 2023 as Vice President of Underwriting, where she’s responsible for underwriting PLG’s pipeline of deals. Before joining PLG, Kim held various underwriting positions within CRE, where she focused mainly on retail and multifamily development and acquisitions. At her previous role as a Development Associate, Kim was involved in the development process from initial concept to closing, having worked with financing mechanisms such as Tax Credits, HUD financing, and mezzanine financing.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics & Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
