Karen joined PLG in 2023 as VP of Loan Servicing. She brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, holding various lending and management positions.

Her depth of understanding of all aspects of finance including loan processing, origination, underwriting portfolio loans, closing, post-closing, and loan servicing. Prior to her role at PLG, she held management roles at Northview Bank, American Bank, and First Bank, fills out with PLG servicing team. Karen holds a degree in Production/Operations Management and a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho.
