Ina joined PACE Loan Group in 2023 as a Business Development Associate. She is responsible for driving lead generation and bolstering client relations, as well as handling initial deal screening and underwriting. Prior to joining PLG, Ina held a similar position in Business Development for Twain Financial Partners, as well as an Asset Management Analyst position for a multifamily investment firm, MG Properties, and a Financial Analyst Internship position for a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, Swift Real Estate Partners. She serves as the co-chair for CREW San Diego's Emerging Leaders and is also a member of ULI San Diego.

Ina graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of San Diego (USD).
